Temporary access to a phone number so you can receive a verification code on it. The number is yours alone for the rental window shown at purchase, then returns to the pool.

We do not guarantee that any particular platform will accept any particular number. The delivery percentages on the site are reported by the wholesale source supplying each option, from its own recent orders — they are that supplier’s measurement, not ours, and not a promise from either of us.

One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your sign-in to yourself: your password, or, in the iPhone app, the Apple Account you sign in with.

No identity document is required to open an account, and we will not ask for one.

Numbers are for verifying accounts that belong to you. The acceptable use page sets out the boundaries in full and forms part of these terms.

Short version: not for passing a bank’s, a payment service’s or a government service’s identity check as someone you are not; not for impersonating anyone; not for evading a suspension; not for bulk registration; not for fraud.

You add funds to a balance and spend from it. Prices start at $0.39 and vary by service, country and line type. The price shown at the moment you buy is the price charged.

Balance does not expire. There is no subscription and no account fee.

If no code arrives before the rental window closes, the full amount returns to your balance automatically. No ticket, no review.

Once a code arrives the order is complete and is not refundable. The service you paid for was delivered. This applies even if the platform later rejects the account for its own reasons.

Cancellation unlocks 2 minutes after purchase. Before that the order stays open. The hold exists because rapid buy-and-cancel cycles drain the shared pool and get supply withdrawn from everyone.

A refund of an order is credited to your balance rather than returned to the original payment method.

Receive SMS Go is the iPhone app for this service. These terms apply to it too, with the differences and additions below.

Credit is bought from Apple. In the app your balance is counted in credits. You add credit by buying a credit pack through Apple’s In-App Purchase, at the price the App Store shows you; it is paid to Apple, not to us. Credit can be spent only on numbers in this service.

Credits do not expire. There is no subscription and no fee for holding credit.

When no code arrives, the credit comes back. If a number’s time runs out without a code, the credit you spent on that order returns to your balance automatically. You can also cancel an order yourself once 2 minutes have passed since you bought it, and its credit returns the same way. Once a code has arrived the order is complete and its credit is not returned.

A refund of the purchase itself is Apple’s to give. We cannot refund a credit pack bought through Apple. You ask Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple decides. When Apple refunds a purchase, the credit that purchase added is taken back from your balance. If some of it was already spent, the balance goes below zero, and no number can be bought until credit you add later has made up the difference. If Apple reverses its refund, the credit is put back.

Deleting your account gives up the credit on it. You can delete your account in the app, under Account → Delete account. Any credit left on the account is lost and cannot be restored, and deleting the account does not refund a purchase.

Accounts that break the acceptable use rules can be restricted or closed. Automated systems flag; a person decides. Nothing here closes an account on its own.

Where an account is closed for abuse, a remaining balance that was paid for on the website, by card or cryptocurrency, is returned. We do not keep money as a penalty. Credit bought in the iPhone app was paid to Apple, and only Apple can refund an App Store purchase: we cannot return it ourselves.

This service depends on wholesale supply we do not control. Stock, prices and delivery rates move continuously, and a service or country can become unavailable without notice. We show live availability so you are not buying blind.

We do not promise uptime. If the service is unavailable you are not charged, because charging happens at purchase.

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for what a third-party platform does with an account you created, including refusing, restricting or removing it.

SMS Virtual Go, and the iPhone app Receive SMS Go, are operated by Orbiva Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17415938. Its registered office is at 12a Queen Annes Place, Enfield, England, EN1 2PT.

These terms have not been through independent legal review. That review is still outstanding, and this notice stays here until it is done. Nothing in these terms is unenforceable because of it — your statutory rights are unaffected either way — but you should know it has not been checked by a lawyer.
