The supply check is re-run at most once every 60 seconds, so that refreshing this page cannot itself exhaust our request budget with the sources.

Numbers come from several independent wholesale sources. This checks whether each one answered an authenticated request just now. When one stops responding, the catalogue narrows but the site keeps selling from the rest — a single source failing is not an outage. Slowest reply this check: 393 ms.

The number of distinct services and countries currently mapped. Availability within them changes constantly, so a service appearing here does not mean every country has stock at this moment — the services page shows live stock per option.

Delivery

We publish no delivery rate of our own.This page reports what this system can observe about itself — catalogue size and which supply sources are responding. Delivery percentages belong to the sources that supply each option and are shown per option on the service pages, attributed there. We do not recompute them into a single site-wide figure, because averaging one supplier’s numbers across a catalogue we do not measure would invent a statistic. Nothing on this page is modelled, estimated or borrowed from elsewhere.

Refunds

Automatic, no ticket required

When a rental window closes without a code, the full amount returns to the balance automatically. A delivered code is never refundable. Both rules are enforced in the database rather than in application code, so neither can be skipped by a failed request or a retry.
